Mark the ones you have not opened in 30 days
Cancel two of them today and feel nothing
Note the renewal date of the expensive one so it never surprises you
Annual plans hide the cost. A tool at 190 a year feels smaller than 16 a month and it is the same money with less chance to change your mind.
The stack that is actually load bearing
Of everything on the list above there are usually two or three that the work genuinely could not happen without. Name those. Everything else is negotiable the next time a quiet month arrives.
