Where it goes and how often
One thing made, several places it lands, each with a different job. Writing the job down stops you posting the same thing four times and calling it a strategy.
Primary platform
3 posts per week
Secondary
1 per week repurposed
Newsletter
every other Tuesday
Owned page
always current
What each channel is actually for
The one where new people find you
The one where existing people stay warm
The one you own and nobody can switch off
The one you keep only out of habit and should probably drop
Where to find the work
The last item on that checklist is the useful one. Everyone has a channel they maintain out of guilt. Naming it is usually enough to let it go.
Cadence you can hold in a bad month
Not your best month. A month with a flu and a family thing in it. That number is your real cadence and everything above it is a bonus.
What happens if a platform dies tomorrow
Write the actual answer. If it is "I lose everything" then the owned page in the list above is not optional and it is the only thing here that carries forward.
