I. The Final Title of the Civil Code is amended as follows:
... II. This Act enters into force on 1 January 1912. The Federal Council is charged with making arrangements to publicise this Code on the basis of the provisions of the Federal Act of 17 June 1874 on Referendums on Federal Acts and Federal Council Decrees.
