Art. 7
The price laid down in the contract may only be increased where: a. the contract expressly provides for that possibility and states precisely how the revised price is to be calculated; b. it takes place at least three weeks prior to the departure date; and c. it is based solely on an increase in transportation costs, including the cost of fuel, on an increase in dues chargeable for certain services, such as landing taxes or embarkation or disembarkation fees at ports and airports, or on modifications to the exchange rates applied to the particular package.
