Art. 10

1 The net proceeds of the charge shall be used in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Act of 22 March 1985 on the Use of the Earmarked Mineral Oil Tax and Other Funds Earmarked for Road and Air Transport. 2 The net income shall be deemed to be the income after deduction of the cost allowances in accordance with Article 19.
