Art. 15
1 Any person who carries out activities in accordance with Annex 1 shall notify the SFOE about such activities on an annual basis. Notifications shall be submitted by 31 March of the following year at the latest.
2 Notifications must include details of the location, nature and scope of the activities concerned.
