Art. 41 Proceedings and legal recourse
Proceedings and legal recourse shall be governed by the Federal Act of 20 December 1968 on Administrative Procedure and the Federal Act of 16 December 1943 on the Organisation of Federal Justice.

Art. 42 Fees
The Federal Council shall set the fees for: a. the granting, transfer, modification and revocation of licences; b. the exercise of supervision and the performance of inspections; c. the collection, conditioning, storage and disposal of radioactive waste.
