Art. 1
In this Ordinance: a. user means any person who uses the services of a provider of telecommunications services; b. customer means any person who has concluded a contract with a telecommunications service provider pertaining to the use of those services; c. ... d. access price means the price for access to the services and facilities of dominant providers in accordance with Article 11 paragraph 1 TCA.
