Art. 22

1 Any person who exhibits or demonstrates equipment which does not meet the requirements for being made available on the market or being put into service must clearly indicate that the equipment in question does not comply with the regulations and may not be made available on the market or put into service. 2 Demonstrations may be carried out only if appropriate measures have been taken to prevent electromagnetic disturbance.
