Ordinance on Biocidal Products (OBP)

Art. 30c
1 Any person who places a biocidal product on the market for the first time must declare the following data to the Notification Authority for each year by 31 May of the following year at the latest: a. name, address, email address and telephone number; b. trade name and Swiss authorisation number for the biocidal product; c. quantity placed on the market; d. the active substances that the biocidal product contains and their concentration; e. the product type of the biocidal product in accordance with Annex 10. 2 The declaration must be made in the electronic format stipulated by the Notification Authority.
