1 The previous law applies to procedures pending when the Amendment of 25 September 2015 comes into force, subject to paragraph 2.
2 The previous law continues to apply to accelerated procedures and Dublin procedures pending when this Amendment comes into force which are based on the implementing provisions for Article 112b paragraphs 2 and 3 in the version in accordance with Number I of the Amendment of 28 September 2012 to the Asylum Act of 26 June 1998 (Emergency Amendment to the Asylum Act). 3 The previous law applies for at most two years to requests for asylum which cannot be processed in federal centres.
