Art. 33 Authority responsible for administrative criminal proceedings
(Art. 31 WRFA) In accordance with Article 31 paragraph 3 WRFA, the SFOE is the administrative authority responsible for prosecution and adjudication.
Art. 34 Repeal and amendment of another enactment
The Water Retaining Facilities Ordinance of 17 October 2012 is repealed.

Art. 35 Transitional provisions
Approvals and licences that existed on commencement of this Ordinance remain legally binding.
Art. 36 Commencement
This Ordinance comes into force on 1 January 2013.
