Art. 41
1 Any person who fails to comply with the obligations under Article 13, 21 or 35 shall be liable to the penalties under Article 91 paragraph 1 letter i AviA. 2 Any person who fails to meet the duty to register in accordance with Article 14 of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/947 shall be liable to the penalties under Article 91 paragraph 1 letter b AviA.
