Preamble
The Swiss Federal Council, on the basis of Articles 14 paragraph 1 letter a, 15 and 177 of the Agriculture Act of 29 April 1998 (AgricA), of Article 13 paragraph 1 letter d of the Foodstuffs Act of 20 June 2014and pursuant to the Federal Act of 6 October 1995 on Technical Barriers to Trade, (TBA), ordains:
