The Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research (EAER), based on Article 29 paragraph 3 of the Federal Act of 13 December 2002 on Vocational and Professional Education and Training (VPETA) and on Article 46 paragraph 2 VPETA in connection with Article 41 of the Ordinance of 19 November 2003 on Vocational and Professional Education and Training (VPETO), ordains:
