The Swiss Federal Council, based on Article 4 paragraph 2, Article 10 paragraph 4 letter a and Article 56 of the Banking Act of 8 November 1934 (BankA) and on Article 46 paragraph 3 and Article 72 of the Financial Institutions Act of 15 June 2018 (FinIA), ordains:
