Art. 60 Implementation
1 The Federal Council issues the implementing provisions. It may delegate the task of issuing implementing provisions on the statistics described in Article 50 to the federal office responsible for procurement. 2 When issuing the implementing provisions, it shall comply with the requirements of the relevant international treaties. 3 The Confederation may participate in the organisation that operates the internet platform of the Confederation and the cantons for public procurement in Switzerland.
Art. 61 Repeal and amendment of other legislative instruments
The repeal and amendment of other legislative instruments are covered in Annex 7.
Art. 62 Transitional provision
Award procedures initiated before this Act comes into force shall be completed in accordance with the previous law.
Art. 63 Referendum and commencement
1 This Act is subject to an optional referendum. 2 The Federal Council shall determine the commencement date. Commencement date: 1 January 2021
