FDFA Fees Ordinance (FeeO FDFA)

Art. 16

1 For services in the area of investment protection and promotion of business location Switzerland, the first hour is not billed. 2 Export promoters contracted by the Confederation in accordance with Article 3 paragraph 1 of the Federal Act of 6 October 2000 on Export Promotion shall collect fees for services performed on their behalf by representations for clients domiciled in Switzerland.
