Art. 9

1 The Federal Council shall establish a Federal Commission for Consumer Affairs in which consumers, businesses and academia are represented. 2 The Commission shall advise the Federal Council and the departments on matters affecting consumers. 3 The Commission shall promote the resolution of consumer issues in a spirit of partnership.
