Art. 18
1 The Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI) shall maintain an electronic list: a. of Swiss public signs; b. of public signs notified to it by foreign states. 2 It shall make this list accessible to the public. 3 The cantons shall notify the IPI of the signs referred to in Article 5.
