The Federal Food Safety and Veterinary Office (FSVO), on the basis of Articles 124 paragraph 2, 136 paragraph 2, 142 paragraph 4 and 209 paragraph 1 of the Animal Welfare Ordinance of 23 April 2008 (AniWO), ordains:
