Art. 38 Repeal of another enactment
The Visa Information System Ordinance of 6 July 2011 is repealed.

Art. 39 Amendment of another enactment
The amendment of another enactment is regulated in Annex 4.
Art. 40 Commencement
This Ordinance comes into force on 20 January 2014.
