Art. 42 Subject matter of the publication
The IPI shall publish: a. the registration of the trade mark including the information under Article 40 paragraph 1 letters a–f and paragraph 2 letters a–e; b. the entries under Article 40 paragraph 3; c. the information under Article 40 paragraph 4 where its publication appears appropriate.
Art. 43 Organ of publication
1 The IPI shall determine the organ of publication. 2 On request and subject to a fee, it shall make paper copies of data that has only been published electronically.
