Preamble
The Swiss Federal Council, based on the Federal Act of 18 March 2016 on Post and Telecommunications Surveillance (FAPTS), on Articles 269bis paragraph 2, 269ter paragraph 4 and 445 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrimPC) and on Articles 70bis paragraph 2, 70ter paragraph 4 and 218 of the Military Criminal Procedure Code of 23 March 1979 (MCPC), ordains:
