Art. 13

1 The agencies responsible for maintaining the registers in terms of Article 2 paragraph 1 letters a–d maintain a record of the social insurance number within the meaning of Article 50c OASIA. 2 The recording of other attributes is governed by the relevant federal provisions and the requirements of the catalogue in terms of Article 4 paragraph 4, provided the attribute is listed in the catalogue. 3 The Federal Office is consulted in the event of amendments to the content of a register.
