Art. 27 Repeal of the Federal Pension Fund Act
The Federal Pension Fund Act of 23 June 2000 is repealed.

Art. 29 Commencement
1 This Act is subject to an optional referendum. 2 The commencement date is set by the Federal Council. Date of commencement: 1 July 2008Article 26 and Annex (Art. 32e (3) and Art. 41a para. 1 Federal Personnel Act): 1 May 2007.
