Art. 58
1 Any person who violates the duty to notify under Article 15 paragraph 1 or 3 is liable to the penalties under Article 86 paragraph 3 RailA. 2 Any person who violates the duty to notify under Article 17 paragraph 1 is liable to the penalties under Article 91 paragraph 1 letter i CAA.
