Art. 75 Composition
(Art. 82 RTVA) When appointing members to the Independent Complaints Authority, the Federal Council shall ensure appropriate representation of both genders and the different linguistic regions.
Art. 76 Selection and supervision of ombudsman services
(Art. 83 para. 1 let. b and 91 RTVA) The regulations of the Complaints Authority (Art. 85 para. 2 RTVA) shall regulate the details of the election and activity of the three ombudsman services and the supervision thereof.
Art. 77 Ombudsman services’ procedural costs
(Art. 93 para. 5 RTVA) 1 The ombudsman services shall be self-financed through billing in accordance with Article 93 paragraph 5 RTVA. 2 They shall bill the procedural costs to the broadcasters concerned on the basis of time spent. 3 An hourly rate of CHF 230 applies.
