Art. 19 Transitional provisions
1 Decisions made and confirmations delivered before this Ordinance comes into force remain valid until they are replaced by documents after the next inspection. 2 Requests made according to the previous legislation and still being processed by the GLP authorities shall be passed on to the notification authority when this Ordinance comes into force.
Art. 20 Commencement
This Ordinance comes into force on 1 August 2005.
