Art. 22 Implementation
1 The Federal Council shall enact the implementation provisions. 2 The Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research may amend and update the lists drawn up by the Federal Council in implementation of Article 2 paragraphs 1–2bis and of Article 8 paragraph 2 letter b.
Para. 2 — Amended by Art. 2 of the FD of 26 Sept. 2014 on the Adoption and Implementation of the Cooperation Agreement between Switzerland and the EU and its Member States on the European Satellite Navigation Programmes, in force since 1 July 2016 (AS 2016 2191; BBl 2014 357).
Art. 23 Referendum and commencement
1 This Act is subject to an optional referendum. 2 The Federal Council shall determine the commencement date. Commencement date: 1 October 1997
