Art. 117 Repeal of another decree

The FINMA Collective Investment Schemes Ordinance of 21 December 2006 is repealed.

Art. 118

Repealed by Annex No 1 of the FINMA O of 4 Nov. 2020 on Financial Institutions, with effect from 1 Jan. 2021 (AS 2020 5327).

Art. 119 Commencement

This Ordinance comes into force on 1 January 2015.
