The procedure is governed by the provisions of the Federal Act of 20 December 1968 on Administrative Procedure.

Art. 54 Right of appeal
1 The contesting of FINMA rulings is governed by the provisions on the administration of federal justice. 2 FINMA is entitled to appeal to the Federal Supreme Court.
