Preamble
The Swiss Federal Council, on the basis of Articles 20 paragraph 2, 23 paragraph 2, 24 paragraphs 2 and 4, as well as 27 paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Federal Act of 5 October 2001 on the Protection of Designs (DesA) and on Article 13 of the Federal Act of 24 March 1995 on the Statute and Tasks of the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property, ordains:
