The Swiss Federal Council, on the basis of Articles 8 paragraph 3, 10 paragraph 4, 12 paragraph 5, 16 paragraph 3, 25 paragraph 6, 28 paragraph 3, 33, 59 paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Data Protection Act of 25 September 2020 (FADP), ordains:
