Art. 31 Implementation

The Federal Council shall issue the implementing provisions.

Art. 32 Amendment of Current Legislation

The following enactments are amended as follows: ...

The amendment may be consulted under AS 2005 1869.

Art. 33 Prohibition of retroactive effect

This Act does not apply with retroactive effect. In particular it does not apply to acquisitions made before its commencement date.

Art. 34 Referendum and commencement

1 This Act is subject to an optional referendum. 2 The Federal Council shall determine the commencement date. Commencement date: 1 June 2005
