Art. 22 Repeal of current law
The following are repealed: a. the Implementing Ordinance of 7 February 1941 to the Federal Act on the Collection of Copyright Royalties; b. the Ordinance of the FDJP of 8 April 1982 on the Granting of Authorisations for the Exploitation of Copyrights; c. the Regulations of 22 May 1958 of the Federal Arbitration Commission on the Exploitation of Copyrights.

Art. 23 Commencement
This Ordinance comes into force on 1 July 1993.
