The Swiss Federal Council, on the basis of the Human Research Act of 30 September 2011 (HRA), of Article 36 paragraphs 1, 3 and 4 of the Transplantation Act of 8 October 2004 (Transplantation Act),and of Article 54 paragraphs 3, 6 and 7 of the Therapeutic Products Act of 15 December 2000 (TPA), ordains:
