Art. 21 Enforcement
The Cantons shall enforce this Ordinance unless enforcement is specifically assigned to a federal authority.

Art. 23 Commencement
1 This Ordinance comes into force on 1 January 2001, subject to paragraph 2. 2 DETEC shall determine the commencement date for Articles 9–14, 16 and 17 to coincide with the enactment of the Ordinance on the Level of the Prepaid Disposal Fee for Glass Beverage Containers (Art. 10 para. 2).
Para. 2 — In accordance with Art. 2 of the Ordinance of 7 Sept. 2001 on the Level of the Prepaid Disposal Fee for Glass Beverage Containers, those article came in force 1 Jan. 2002 (SR 814.621.4).
