Art. 37 Violation of the duty to report
1 Any person who fails to comply with the duty to report in terms of Article 9 shall be liable to a fine not exceeding 500,000 francs. 2 If the offender acts through negligence, he or she shall be liable to a fine not exceeding 150,000 francs. 3 ...

Art. 38 Violation of the duty to verify
1 Any dealer that wilfully violates the duty under Article 15 to appoint an audit firm shall be liable to a fine not exceeding 100,000 francs. 2 If the dealer acts through negligence, it shall be liable to a fine not exceeding 10,000 francs.
