A. Repeal and amendment of legislation
Art. 80
On commencement of this Act, the following are repealed: a. Article 23bis of the Federal Act of 26 March 1914 on the Organisation of the Federal Administration; b. Articles 124–134, 158 and 164 of the Federal Justice Act; c. contradictory provisions of the federal law; supplementary provisions under Article 4 are reserved.

B. Transitional provision
Art. 81
This Act does not apply to disputes before authorities of administrative justice at the time of its commencement and to appeals or objections against rulings issued before its commencement; in such cases, the previous provisions on procedure and provisions apply.
C. Commencement
Art. 82
The Federal Council shall determine the date on which this Act comes into force. Commencement date: 1 October 1969
