Choose and Install the Motor
A rear hub motor kit is the easiest conversion for most bikes. Select 500W for flat terrain or 750W for hills. The kit includes a pre-laced wheel, so you swap the rear wheel and mount the controller.
Mount the Battery
A frame-mounted bottle style battery keeps weight centered. A rear rack battery works on bikes without a suitable frame triangle. Secure all mounts before connecting any wiring.
Complete the Wiring
Follow the color-coded wiring diagram in the kit. Connect motor phase wires first, then hall sensor wires, throttle, and brake cutoff levers. Double-check every connection before powering on.
