## Solo SaaS in 30 Days

A time-boxed framework for solo founders to scope, build, and launch a software product in one month. The goal is a paying customer, not a finished product.

**30** Days

**3** Features

Week 1

Define the problem, target customer, and one-sentence value proposition. Build a landing page and start collecting email signups before writing code.

Week 2

Build the core feature loop. Use existing libraries and no-code for everything that is not your differentiator. Ship to five beta users.

Weeks 3 and 4

Collect feedback, fix critical bugs, add payment via Stripe, and do a public launch on Product Hunt or Hacker News Show HN.

30-Day Launch Checklist

0%

Write problem and solution statement

Identify three potential first customers

Build landing page with waitlist

Define MVP feature scope (max three features)

Set up Stripe before building features

Ship to beta users by day 14

Collect and act on one round of feedback

Launch publicly by day 30

> Charge from day one. Free users give you activity but not signal. A customer who pays 10 dollars per month has a completely different relationship to the product than one using it for free.
