## Preamble

The Swiss Federal Council, based on Article 39 of the Civil Aviation Act of 21 December 1948 (CAA), in implementation of Directive 2009/12/EC, Directive 96/67/EC and Regulation (EC) No 1107/2006 in the version valid for Switzerland according to Annex Nos 1 and 7 of the Agreement of 21 June 1999 concluded between the Swiss Confederation and the European Community on Air Transport, ordains:

SR 748.0 Directive 2009/12/EC of the European Parliament and the Council of 11 March 2009 on airport fees Directive 96/67/EC of the Council of 15 October 1996 on access to the ground handling market at community airports Regulation (EC) no. 1107/2006 of the European Parliament and the Council of 5 July 2006 concerning the rights of disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility when travelling by air SR 0.748.127.192.68
