The Board of Directors of the Swiss Innovation Agency (Innosuisse), on the basis of Articles 7 paragraph 1 letter e and 23 of Innosuisse-Act of 17 June 2016 (SAFIG), Article 19 paragraphs 1bis, 3bis, 3ter and 6 of the Federal Act of 14 December 2012 on the Promotion of Research and the Innovation (RIPA) and Article 38 of the Research and Innovation Promotion Ordinance of 29 November 2013 (RIPO), ordains:
