Stellisee and Grindjisee both hold a Matterhorn reflection on a calm day, while GrĂ¼nsee and Leisee have their own quiet character. The trail loses height gently from Blauherd to Sunnegga, so it walks easy despite the high start. :STATS :NOTE.half Take the Sunnegga funicular then the gondola to Blauherd to start at the top and walk downhill past all five lakes. | :NOTE.half Stellisee, the first lake, gives the cleanest Matterhorn reflection. Reach it early before the day breeze ruffles the water. :LINK https://www.zermatt.ch/en/hiking Zermatt hiking routes
