Nearly every coffee bean on earth grows inside one narrow tropical band. The bean belt is the zone between the Tropic of Cancer and the Tropic of Capricorn, roughly 25 degrees north to 30 degrees south of the equator, where steady warmth, rain, and high ground let coffee thrive. Around 70 countries farm coffee here, and each origin carries the fingerprint of its soil, altitude, and climate straight into your cup.

Arabica is sweeter, more acidic, and grows high in the hills, while robusta is bolder, more bitter, and packs nearly double the caffeine.
A light roast keeps the bright, fruity origin flavours, while a dark roast trades them for deep, smoky, bittersweet body.
