Thirty two dead experiments, one line each. No lessons learned section, because the lesson is almost always the same and it is not interesting: I built the thing I wanted to build on Saturday rather than the thing anyone needed on Monday. Keeping them visible is the only thing that stops me rebuilding the same three ideas every spring.
