I picked up Atomic Habits three times before I finished it. The first time I put it down on page 60, convinced I had heard everything before. It felt like a productivity blog stretched into 300 pages. The second attempt lasted a little longer. The third was different. I was at a point where I genuinely needed something to shift, and that is when the identity chapter finally landed and I stopped resisting the book.
