What the MVP Actually Taught Me Five Years Later

I read The Lean Startup in 2020 when I was three months into a side project that was slowly absorbing every weekend I had. The book told me to ship earlier than felt comfortable and to measure the thing I was most afraid to measure. I did both. The results were clarifying in a way that hurt and helped at the same time. Five years on, the project is gone and the lessons are the most useful I have kept.
