The Tilted Ridge
Seceda gives you the most photographed profile in the Dolomites, a great tilted slab of alpine meadow with the jagged Geisler peaks erupting from its far edge like a stone wave. A cable car lifts you to the high point and the trail traces the ridge down through the Puez Odle nature park, past mountain refuges, with the saw tooth skyline beside you the whole way.
A funicular and cable car run from Ortisei up to Seceda. Walking the route downhill toward Col Raiser keeps the famous ridge view ahead of you.
